Chris assisted us in every way he could and made sure that the others and we were on top of the timeline for closing. He helped negotiate price and was diligent in finding a condo even after a previous offer on another condo was not accepted, and when we decided to back out of another. He stuck with us until we were totally satisfied. And, the difficult process to get a loan and the paperwork completed was made easier with his diligence and detail to finding a way to help us get to closing. I can't say enough about Chris and his attention to detail and assistance. The difficult process was made as smooth as possible with the help of our agent, Chris. Again, thanks to him we are completely satisfied with the result. He could not have handled out purchase any better. I am truly thankful to him.
He did not rush us and as a result we ended up with a house we love. It was a hard search since our budget was limited and I'm really picky but in the end we ended up with a home that was all that we were hoping for. We might have settled for less if Chris had rushed us, but he assured us that finding the right place was his goal, not just a quick sale.
If I ever have any need in the future, he will be the first number I call!
One had found us our rental apartment 6 months earlier (and was quiet the little hottie) , the other was a chance meeting of my husband at work. Although seemingly knowledgeable in their field, both continuously emailed us properties either out of our price range, location, or with exorbitant HOA's. Chris on the other hand (he's not crazy about being called Alfred) kept our priorities in mind. We viewed at least 15 homes in the fast moving Jupiter market, bidding on 3. With his help recommending an inspector, we purchased a perfect little 3 bed / 2 bath, pool home in a great single family neighborhood, $15,000 below cost with $7,000 in sellers concessions (needs new windows) and installation of attic insulation. Chris wasn't pushy but has a good eye seeing the pros and cons of the homes and was not afraid to point them out. We don't plan on doing this again, but if the need arises He's the only one we'll call. Thanks Chris for a great experience!!!! One of the smartest things Chris did was demand the seller be present during the inspection as was Chris himself. The seller was amazed there was no attic insulation, even climbing up to the crawl space to see for himself. Non operable windows were pointed out, as were some plumbing defects that were remedied before closing. The signing of contracts and addendum's were done electronically which saved us a lot of time running into the office, and the closing was a piece of cake, on time with no glitches. We can't save enough about Chris's friendliness and professionalism (and his perfectly ironed shirts). We hope to get together soon for a fishing date at Juno pier.
